Job Description:
As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising
and creating visually engaging digital assets across various digital platforms.
Your primary objective will be to translate creative briefs into captivating lifestyle/product photography and “best in class” infographics that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to various audiences.
You will work closely with the marketing, content and product teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create visually engaging product assets, (product lifestyles and infographics) using a combination of photography, AI, stock images and Adobe Creative Suite software.
* Optimise graphics for various digital platforms and devices, ensuring assets conform to customer specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality, innovation and efficiency.
* Conduct thorough research and gather relevant visual references to ensure accurate environments and applications for products are used.
* Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
* Maintain organised file structures and documentation for easy accessibility and future reference.
* Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to ensure all assets are compatible for various digital platforms.

* Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and pixel-perfect design execution.
* Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to streamline workflows using batch photography and photoshop automation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
* Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Knowledge:
* Photography: Using professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and accessories to capture visually appealing images of products. This may include studio photography, lifestyle shots, and creative photography.
* Design Software: Utilising industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Additionally desired: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Adobe 3D Substance, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 3D, Blender, or ZBrush.)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Photography or related field.
* Proven experience as a photographer and digital graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse digital design projects.
