Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT management or senior IT leadership roles.
* Strong background in infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
* Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
* Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the internal IT team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Oversee infrastructure (cloud + on-prem), networking, and core systems.
* Drive IT governance, compliance, and security best practices (ISO27001, GDPR, SOC).
* Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
* Support consultancy projects with technical input and client engagement.
* Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and technology roadmaps.
