Your New Role
This role is responsible for ensuring that Survitec’s People systems and core people platforms are maintained, developed and accurate to meet the needs of the organisation. Focused on supporting the automation of transactional People processes and creating an effective self-serve platform for all first line People advice. Often handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
·Monitors and reports on the integrity and performance of core systems ensuring that all systems are performing at optimal levels by performing regular audits and data clean ups
·Works collaboratively with the HRIS manager and People team to develop and implement improvements to systems
·Supports the planning and delivery of system implementations and improvements as part of the HRIS team within set timeframes
·Provides technical support, training and troubleshooting on HRIS related queries escalating where necessary
·Manages access controls, user permissions and data encryption to safeguard sensitive People information
·Develops and maintains SOP documentation and user guide support for users of the HRIS systems
·Carries out testing of new and existing modules within HRIS systems and provides feedback on findings
·Creates dashboards and data analysis on people data to support decision making in the wider business.
·Works with the HRIS Manager to ensure best value from system functionality, excellent user experience and continuous process improvement
·Organises and prepares complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office. Responsible for gathering and summarising data for key stakeholders
·Develops knowledge and understanding of Survitec’s policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtains authorisation from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions to mandatory procedure

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria
·In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and software, including experience as a system admin/super user, responsible for implementation and maintenance
·Experience of creating SOP materials and user guide documentation
·Experience in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·Educated to High School / Further Education college level, with 2 A Levels (or equivalent)
·3 – 6 years of general experience helps the role holder to deal with most situations and to advise others
