Executive Support Assistant to provide reliable, confidential and proactive administrative support to 2 Directors in the Climate, Homes and Economy directorate.
The successful candidate will be expected to cover the following duties: extensive diary and inbox management; taking accurate meeting notes; acting as a key interface between the Directors and internal and external stakeholders; and to work collaboratively with the wider Executive Support Team, providing cover for colleagues as necessary.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
