7.5T Multidrop Driver – Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £15.73 per hour
Location: Tunbridge Wells region
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (approx.)
Type: Temporary (Potential to go perm)
Our client, a well-established builders merchant in the Tunbridge Wells area, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused driver to join their delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver building materials to trade and residential customers across Kent and surrounding areas.
2. Perform approx 10 drops per day using a 7.5T vehicle.
3. Ensure safe loading/unloading of goods (some manual handling required).
4. Provide excellent customer service at each drop.
5. Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain delivery logs.
Requirements:
6. Valid 7.5T (C1) driving licence.
7. CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
8. Previous multidrop experience preferred.
9. Good local knowledge of Kent roads.
10. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
11. Friendly, professional, and punctual.
