Office Angels are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-paced marketing agency based in Brough. We're recruiting a confident and proactive Client Outreach Coordinator to support an exciting sponsorship project in the sports travel sector.
This is a temporary role with a sharp focus on lead generation and relationship building. You'll be engaging decision-makers at professional and semi-professional sports teams across the UK-introducing them to bespoke sponsorship opportunities offered by our client.
🧠 What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls using a tailored contact list of sports clubs and organisations
Opening meaningful conversations with marketing managers, commercial directors, and club execs
Qualifying interest and setting up calls or meetings with our senior sales team
Managing appointment scheduling and administrative follow-ups via Outlook
Tracking outreach activity using CRM tools or spreadsheets
Compiling weekly progress reports and feedback summaries for the project team👀 What We're Looking For
Confident communicator with an enthusiastic and persuasive phone manner
Comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
Competence with CRMs, Outlook, and Excel
