A women's support organization is looking for an HR & Governance Trustee (Subcommittee Chair) to enhance governance and strategic direction. The ideal candidate will have strategic HR experience, passion for women's well-being, and knowledge of governance. Responsibilities include chairing the HR & Governance subcommittee and attending Board Meetings four times a year. This role requires a female candidate in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
