Project Manager (Construction) – Preston - £50k - £65k per annum + company vehicle + excellent benefits Our client is well established commercial fit-out company based in Preston, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Main responsibilities will include: * Overseeing and managing all company projects across the North West area (specifically South Birmingham to Kendal) * Programming duties. * Co-ordination of labour * Checking and maintaining quality on site. * Managing companies health and safety and ensuring this is adhered to. * Overseeing temp junior project managers during busy periods All applicants must have the following skills / experience: * Must have been ‘on-tools’ for several years, preferably from a joinery background but others considered * Must have a full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points * Must have previous project management experience within the construction industry * Must be very familiar with kitchen installations and be able to measure, plan and order kitchen units Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm Keywords – fit-out, kitchen installations, construction, projects, project manager, contracts, contracts manager, joinery, joiner, management, construction projects, construction management, construction contracts, ...
