As the first link between underwriting teams and business support, you’ll be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, documentation management, and stakeholder communication. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Process submissions, policies, and updates with precision and speed.
* Liaise with underwriting teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
* Collaborate with offshore processing partners and perform quality checks.
* Resolve queries, support month-end procedures, and manage outstanding debt investigations.
* Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Communicate progress against SLAs and KPIs, and support broader operational goals.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
* Experience in insurance operations, ideally within the London/Lloyd’s Market.
* Familiarity with Genius/IRIS systems (highly desirable).
* Strong communication and Excel skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
