We’re supporting a fast-growing UK payments fintech that provides innovative global payment and payroll solutions to businesses worldwide. They’re scaling rapidly and looking for a hands on Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activity — from strategy to execution — and play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and growth.

You’ll lead the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, content, and brand channels — with full responsibility for execution and performance.
You have a strong background in B2B fintech or payments marketing, with proven experience driving measurable growth.
You’re commercially minded, data-driven, and confident managing both strategy and execution.
You know how to build campaigns that convert and position a brand effectively in a fast-moving market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, content, and brand.
* Lead demand generation through paid search, social media, and partner marketing.
* Create and optimise marketing funnels to increase qualified leads and conversions.
* Produce engaging content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and customer stories.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver go-to-market campaigns for new products.
* Oversee SEO, SEM, email, and automation to improve acquisition and retention.
* Manage budgets, agencies, and external creative partners.
* Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and campaign ROI.
Experience & Skills
* 5+ years in B2B fintech, payments, or SaaS marketing.
* Track record of running digital and content-led growth campaigns.
* Strong experience with SEO/SEM, paid media, and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
