Based at our Welshpool Head Office, Invertek Drives are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant working in our Global Purchasing Team to cover a period of maternity leave. You will report to the Purchasing Manager and your role will include, but not limited to: -
* Processing sales orders
* Material availability checks
* General administration
* Purchase Order processing
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Good IT skills
* Communication skills both written and verbal.
* Good organisation skills with high attention to detail.
* Team player
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to be flexible and work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
