The Role
You will join the team in Sussex, handling a mixed caseload of family work spanning divorce, financial remedy, children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Enthusiasm for out-of-court dispute resolution is essential; the firm's approach is built around collaborative law, mediation, and constructive settlement wherever possible.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in family law
* Enthusiasm for out-of-court dispute resolution, with collaborative law training an advantage
* A constructive, client-focused approach and strong communication skills
* Commercially aware, with drive and a proactive attitude to business development
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a close-knit, supportive environment
