Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. This role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery
* Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service
* Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs
* Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
* Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables
* Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in FMCG marketing
* 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with a proven track record in project management
* Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
* Excellent presentation skills and clear communication in English
* Strong project management skills with demonstrated leadership and influence over multi-functional teams
* Proven ability to deliver results and drive business success
* Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations
* Ability to build trust with stakeholders
* Resilience and capability to work under pressure with competing priorities
* Experience in IMF and cross-functional leadership
