Key Duties:
* Deliver engaging, high:quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively using established school policies.
* Prepare Year 11 students for GCSE success with expert revision sessions.
* Collaborate with departmental colleagues to share resources and best practices.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress to inform future planning.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of every learner.
* Ensure all students remain focused, on:task, and motivated throughout the lesson.
