Nursing and Midwifery Council Services Coordinator

Position You will provide essential support to ensure the smooth delivery of the quality assurance services that QAA provides under contract with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You will coordinate quality assurance reviews, maintain accurate records, book hotels, process expenses claims and support meetings and events. Acting as a first point of contact for institutions and visitors, you will deliver a professional and responsive service while keeping processes running efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate quality assurance reviews and support related activities under the NMC contract.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Book travel arrangements (hotels) and process expenses claims.
* Support meetings and events; act as first point of contact for institutions and visitors.
* Provide a professional, responsive service to stakeholders and ensure efficient processes.
Requirements
* Experience in administration with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident using spreadsheets, handling enquiries, and supporting meetings.
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach and ability to work with colleagues to achieve results.
* Knowledge of higher education or regulation is advantageous, but drive, accuracy and high standards are essential.
