Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage internally delivered roads maintenance operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in service delivery.

Infrastructure to be Managed:

* 2,489 kilometres of roads

* 4 principal bus stations

* 2,902 kilometres of footways

* 459 bridges

* 560 kilometres of cycle ways

* 290 retaining walls

* 2,738 bus stops and 654 bus shelters

* 69,652 street lighting columns

* 171 car parks

* 11 harbours and piers

* 9 flood prevention schemes

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience
: Significant management experience in relevant fields, with a proven track record of success.

* Qualifications
: Degree or equivalent professional qualifications (Chartered Status), with continuous professional development.

* Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership and team-building abilities, and strong analytical and financial acumen.

* Attributes
: Ambitious, motivated, and capable of driving forward change under challenging circumstances.
