This role is ideal for experienced teaching assistants, returners, or those seeking flexibility without stepping away from the classroom. The role As an HLTA, you will: Deliver lessons and learning activities under the guidance of teachers Support small groups or whole classes when needed Create a positive, well-managed learning environment Adapt confidently to different year groups and school settings Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies Provide brief end-of-day feedback to school staff You choose the days you work and the schools you attend.
