About the Role
A fast-growing, award-winning creative agency delivering integrated campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors. They are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships, oversee integrated campaign delivery and drive account growth.
You’ll be responsible for managing senior client partnerships, ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard while maintaining strong commercial control. Working closely with the Head of Client Services, you’ll support strategic account planning, forecasting and pipeline development, while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
You’ll also play a key role in leading and developing members of the Client Services team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with agency best practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts
* Act as a senior, trusted point of contact for clients
* Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, video, exhibitions and communications
* Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell and strategic development
* Manage budgets, forecasting, billing and scope control
* Work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery
* Line manage and mentor Client Services team members
About You
* 7+ years’ experience in an integrated creative or advertising agency
* Proven experience managing and growing client accounts
* Strong commercial and financial management skills
* Confident leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
* Passion for creativity, advertising and delivering outstanding client work
