Position: Employed Fitness Coach and Self-employed Personal Trainer
You will be employed part-time (12 hours/week) as a Fitness Coach, working 3 x 4-hour shifts, with a monthly salary. JD Gyms offers management career progression to develop your leadership skills.
Additionally, outside of your employed hours, you will rent space monthly to run your self-employed Personal Training business, gaining access to current and new members. We also provide support through our dedicated PT Business Support team to help grow your business.

Role overview:
Your goal is to engage members to ensure they receive a top-tier experience at JD Gyms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, member interaction, gym inductions, and group classes.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with members on the gym floor to enhance their experience.
2. Conduct welcoming tours for prospective members, aligning with brand standards.
3. Deliver engaging group exercise classes and member inductions.
4. Assist prospective members with joining procedures.
5. Perform club standards checks and record results accurately.
6. Support members as needed and ensure club cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
7. Monitor service delivery through feedback and performance metrics.
8. Operate safely and legally at all times, considering energy and waste management.
9. Analyze data to support new ideas and initiatives.
