This independently owned, two‑site small animal practice near Heathrow Airport is expanding its vet team and looking for an experienced GP vet who’s comfortable with sole charge and eager to take the next step. You’ll have genuine clinical freedom to work cases your way, backed by a supportive team and leadership that truly invests in its people. Whether you’re passionate about a specific area or keen to develop a niche caseload, you’ll be encouraged and supported every step of the way.
Each clinic is well‑equipped, with digital X‑ray, ultrasound, full Idexx in‑house lab, diagnostic suite, theatre and prep areas—and both are set for renovations later this year, including plans to introduce dental X‑ray. You’ll be working alongside an experienced and dedicated team, including a principal vet and head of clinic who has played a key role in transforming the practice into what it is today: progressive, independent, and growing with intention.
Your working week is designed with balance in mind. A four‑day week, 9am–7pm, with just one in three Saturday mornings and no out‑of‑hours or on‑call, means your evenings and weekends are yours again. Morning consults wrap up at 11:30am and don’t resume until 4pm, giving you valuable time to focus on procedures, case workups, admin, or simply catch your breath.

The Package
* An excellent salary of £55,000 - £70,000 DOE.
* 33 days annual leave.
* CPD is encouraged, with certificates supported.
