We’re looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our UK team. In this role, you’ll support the Finance Director and business leaders in managing revenue, driving financial performance, and ensuring the delivery of key financial goals. You’ll also lead and inspire a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact during a period of transition as we integrate systems and processes across Gallagher Re. How you'll make an impact Work closely with the Finance Director and business leaders to develop and deliver financial plans. Lead and support the UK Business Analysts, creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue data to support reliable decision-making. Provide insights into financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with teams across the business to improve processes and drive growth. Prepare and share regular reports on revenue, sales pipelines, and financial performance. Act as a key link between Gallagher Re Finance and the business unit. About You You will have relevant financial qualifications or significant industry experience. Strong data analysis and mathematical skills. Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Can build trust and maintain positive relationships at all levels. Is organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing change. Can think strategically and align decisions with company goals. Eligible to work in the UK.
