Our Client, a leading company delivering Construction / Fitout solutions across the UK and Ireland, are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
You'll get the opportunity to manage multiple exciting projects throughout the UK & Ireland with full travel and accommodation costs provided and clear progression opportunities with a company who values their people!
Attractive salary ranging from £50,000 - £65,000, Depending on skills and experience
What you'll be Doing:
Contributing directly to the success of each bid, you'll be taking an active role in measuring works and preparing accurate quantities for tender submissions
Ownership of material procurement, tracking usage and monitoring variances to maintain project efficiency and value
Ensuring clients and consultants make informed decisions by producing and maintaining precise Bills of Quantities & clear supporting documentation
Investigate and analyse costs, preparing weekly financial reports that give real visibility into project performance
Taking charge for multiple projects, contributing to their commercial and operational success
Oversee the procurement and coordination of trade partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with project agreements
Representing the company & its values, providing on the ground support on sites in Great Britain
Your Skills and Experience:
Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
