We have a great opportunity to join our client as a Sales Consultant working from one of their developments in Preston. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our sales and marketing suites, ensuring compliance with company policies. You'll take charge of the sales process, maintaining essential records and documentation throughout the customer journey, from reservation to legal completion. Exceptional customer service is a priority, and you'll be dedicated to enhancing the customer experience while striving to meet company targets and KPIs. Responsibilities Proactively identify potential sales leads and follow up on all enquiries through phone communication and marketing materials to maximise business opportunities. Conduct informative and engaging tours of sites and housing plots for all customers.
