This corporate solicitor role will see you join the firm as a Partner. The position has arisen due to the continued success of the department. The role will mainly focus on M&A and you can expect to enjoy working for a range of larger corporates as well as SMEs. What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer operating at Senior Associate/Legal Director level or already be an existing Partner. With a well rounded technical skill set, you should have an aptitude for and desire to get involved in business development initiatives. As a Partner role, this position is rather unique in that it does not require a client following.
