What’s on offer:
1. £40,000-£55,000 salary package.
2. 33 days’ annual leave (25 days + bank holidays).
3. 40p/mile mileage allowance.

Key Responsibilities of a Workforce Development Manager:
5. Reviewing existing training content to prepare it for commercial use ensuring quality and alignment with sector needs.
6. Securing CPD accreditation for training programmes to enhance credibility and marketability.
7. Leading the organisation’s workforce development strategy across all homecare services.
8. Designing and reviewing training programmes tailored specifically to the homecare sector.
9. Ensuring all staff remain fully compliant with sector standards and CQC requirements.
10. Working closely with the Head of Quality and Director of Care to embed best practice, strengthen leadership and management (LMS) capabilities and raise service quality.
11. Keeping up to date with changes in homecare regulations, training frameworks and sector strategies and introducing these effectively across the company.
Workforce Development Manager Requirements:
12. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Regional or Head of L&D role within the social care sector.
13. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
14. Eligible to work in the UK.
