What You’ll Be Doing As a core member of the SHEQ team, you’ll: * Drive compliance across ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001. * Maintain and develop the legal compliance register. * Advise teams at all levels on safety and environmental best practice. * Represent the organisation during regulatory and certification audits (HSE, EA, BSI). * Lead and support incident investigations and manage the SHEQ reporting system. * Deliver engaging toolbox talks and safety training. * Report key safety and environmental performance data. * Support occupational health surveillance programmes. * Take part in the emergency response team, including limited out-of-hours cover.
