Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants in Maidstone to join our Complex Care team.

We have full-time and part-time hours available, working 12-hour shifts.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll work long-term with one or a few clients, supporting one person per shift. You’ll assist clients with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilator support, personal care, and daily living tasks.

Enjoy a fixed rota, with the option of over time, and select from:

* Full-time or part-time hours
* Day or night shifts
* Weekend shifts

Responsibilities

* To provide care interventions: PEG feeding, seizure management, Sensory Activities, Moving and handling, Medications
* To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
* To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
* To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.


Requirements

* Experience supporting clients with complex care needs.
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* 6 months care experience within the UK.
* Full right to work.
