Role Overview
You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients and support existing business. The position can be office‑based, supporting a high biller generating £900k a year, or a more independent 360 biller working remotely.

Requirements
* Experienced renewable energy or built‑environment recruiters.
* 3+ years recruitment experience.
* At least 2 years 360 experience with strong business‑development skills.
