Job Title: IFS ERP Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead the delivery of a business-critical IFS ERP implementation across our organisation. This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation aligned with strategic business objectives.
This is a client-side leadership role where you will take ownership of governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder alignment, and programme outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of the IFS ERP implementation programme
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
* Act as the primary interface between the business and implementation partner(s)
* Coordinate internal business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, and IT
* Ensure alignment between project deliverables and organisational transformation goals
* Establish project governance structures and reporting frameworks
* Manage RAID logs and escalation processes
* Support change management and business readiness activities
* Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and deployment readiness
* Ensure successful cutover planning and go-live execution
* Track project performance against KPIs and milestones
* Support post-go-live stabilisation activities
Required Experience
* Proven experience delivering IFS ERP implementations (IFS Cloud preferred)
* Strong background managing enterprise-scale transformation programmes
* Experience working on the client / end-user side of ERP implementations
* Demonstrated ability coordinating with system integrators and third-party vendors
* Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder groups
* Strong understanding of ERP delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
* Experience managing budgets and programme reporting at steering committee level
Preferred Experience
* Experience delivering projects within Construction Or Manufacturing Industries
* Exposure to multiple IFS modules such as:
* Finance
* Supply Chain
* Manufacturing
* Projects
* Service Management
* Asset Management
* Prince2, PMP, or equivalent certification
* Experience supporting organisational change and adoption initiatives
