Overview
Quality Technician role at Incora, based in Derby. You will join the Quality team and be responsible for running and governing the non-conformance management process, maintaining data to support the Incora business systems, and providing analysis of system information to support business improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Run and govern the non-conformance management process.
* Maintain data to support business systems and provide analysis for the quality team.
* Support the organisation with business improvement tools and techniques.
Qualifications
* Experience in a quality control environment, possibly in an inspection role or similar.
* Experience in a Business Improvement role is advantageous; aerospace or automotive industry experience is beneficial.
* Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
* Ability to interpret drawings or specifications.
* Data mindset with the ability to manipulate data and create reports to highlight findings.
* Passion for Incora values and exceeding customer expectations.
