Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our team, specialising in the manufacture of equipment and structures used in pig production facilities. This role involves working with a range of materials to build durable and practical solutions that support efficient livestock management.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate, assemble, and install equipment such as pens and gates.
* Cut, shape, weld, and finish materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals.
* Carry out repairs, maintenance, and modifications to existing equipment.
* Work both in the workshop and on-site at farm locations.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in fabrication, welding, or metalwork.
* Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Full driving licence (preferred, due to site work).
