Pearly Cow is an independent collection of grill restaurants in York, Brighton and Margate where we serve indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish in gorgeous settings.
Responsibilities
* Supervise service across both restaurant and bar, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork
* Deliver top-tier guest experiences — from warm welcomes to expertly crafted cocktails
* Support the management team with training, rotas, and day-to-day operations
* Manage stock, handle feedback, and keep standards sky-high
* Be the go-to person for guests and team alike — part leader, part legend
