Nursery Room Leader – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Standish
Daily Pay Rate: £89.44 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
A welcoming and well-established nursery in Standish is looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join their dedicated early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident practitioner to take the next step in their career, leading a room and helping to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children thrive.
The nursery prides itself on fostering independence, curiosity, and a love of learning, all in line with the EYFS framework.
Candidate Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Level 3 Childcare qualification (As a minimum).
* Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally with previous supervisory responsibilities.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
* Confident leadership and organisational skills.
* A caring, professional, and enthusiastic approach to early years education.
Main Duties:
* Lead the daily running and organisation of your designated room.
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS.
* Mentor and support other practitioners, promoting best practice and consistency.
* Build strong relationships with families and external agencies to support individual needs.
* Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards are upheld at all times.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
