We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our clients, an independent Lettings Agent in Norwich. Our clients are offering a basic salary, commission structure and a varied working role.
Working hours:
As a Lettings Consultant, you will be required to work Monday – Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (with ½ day lieu in return)

To be considered for the Lettings Consultant role you must have:
6. Experience in Lettings industry – primarily in Property Management

As a Lettings Consultant, your role will involve:
9. Dealing with Property Maintenance issues by liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
10. Carry out Viewings
11. Occasional Valuations
12. Inspections
13. Inventories
