An established independent financial planning firm is seeking an organised and proactive IFA Administrator to support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with the day-to-day delivery of client services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous financial services or wealth management administration experience looking to develop within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing new business submissions and Letters of Authority.
* Liaising with providers and third parties to progress cases.
* Supporting client onboarding, annual reviews, and adviser administration.
* Maintaining accurate client records and back‑office systems.
* Preparing client documentation and assisting with general office administration.
Requirements
* Previous experience within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning administration role.
* Strong understanding of pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
