What you’ll be doing

In this rewarding and varied role, you’ll work across community settings and four supported living houses in Haverfordwest and Milford Haven, providing person-centred support to individuals with diverse interests and needs. Each day is different, from supporting someone as they volunteer at a local project or go swimming, to helping another plan a shopping trip or enjoy quiet time fishing. You may also accompany the people we support on holidays, helping to create memorable experiences and supporting them to explore new places. This is a hands-on role that involves building genuine relationships and offering consistent, practical support, including with personal care where needed. You’ll help people make and act on their own choices, from everyday decisions like what to have for lunch to bigger plans such as managing money or choosing where to go on holiday.
