The position involves working within a designated Resource Base to deliver targeted support to pupils with various needs. Job Responsibilities: Providing support to pupils with SEND in accordance with their EHCP plans. Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources to meet individual needs. Implementing strategies outlined in EHCPs to support pupils' learning, behaviour, and social skills. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to deliver planned interventions. Supervising pupils during lessons, breaks, and other activities to ensure safety and engagement. Monitoring and recording pupils' progress and responses to support strategies. Contributing to the planning and delivery of support sessions based on individual EHCP objectives. Candidate Requirements: Level 3 qualification recognised by Ofqual.
