Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Catering and Refrigeration Engineer to join our dedicated team in Bristol. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial catering gas and electrical equipment, refrigeration systems, and washware units. The job will also involve diagnosing faults, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will interact with clients to deliver exemplary customer service and ensure satisfaction with our solutions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing commercial catering gas and electrical equipment.
* Skills in maintaining and servicing refrigeration and washware equipment.
* Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance regulations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform accurate troubleshooting and fault diagnostics.
* Excellent customer service capabilities with effective communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a disciplined team.
* Formal certifications or qualifications in gas, electrical, or refrigeration engineering are highly desirable (e.g., Gas Safe, F‑Gas).
* Previous experience in the foodservice or commercial kitchen equipment industry is a plus.
* Willingness to travel within the service area (Wales, Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, West Midlands, and South West).
