Salary: £55,000 per annum

Our client is a fabulous Boutique Hotel situated in a beautiful part of the New Forest, and they are looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. The restaurant offers an exceptional menu of fresh, locally sourced dishes with a focus on fine dining and seasonal produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to take the reins and make their mark in a highly regarded establishment.
The Role:
* Full-time position, 5 out of 7 days, contracted to 48 hours per week .
* Live-out role - candidates must have local knowledge and their own transport.
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes and maintain high standards.
* Oversee menu development, stock control, and kitchen operations.
