This is a permanent HLTA position starting in September 2024. The successful HLTA will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons. HLTA - Key Responsibilities: Supporting class teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons. Leading small group interventions and providing one-on-one support to students as needed. Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities. Contributing to the assessment and tracking of student progress. Covering classes in the absence of the teacher when required.
