As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead their internal talent acquisition function. The role: You'll take ownership of all recruitment activities, working closely with senior leadership and project teams to attract and retain top talent across a range of technical, professional, and site-based roles. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across engineering, commercial, and support functions. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialist roles. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide expert guidance on market conditions and recruitment best practices. Manage external recruitment partners and ensure cost-effective hiring solutions. Support employer branding, social media recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives. Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for future project requirements. Track recruitment metrics, analyse trends, and report to senior stakeholders. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and promote a positive company culture throughout the recruitment. process. The ideal candidate: Proven experience in a recruitment management or senior talent acquisition role. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
