Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Villa Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is a dynamic sales role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, converting enquiries into bookings, and delivering exceptional service frominitialcontact through to post-arrival follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
* Converting inbound sales leads via telephone, email, and live chat into confirmed bookings.
* Confidently dealing with both direct and trade customers
* Delivering a consistentlyhigh levelof personalised customer service
* Understanding clients’ requirements and recommending suitable villa options
* Liaising with suppliersregardingavailability, rates, and booking details
* Preparingaccuratequotations and creating invoices
* Managing pre- and post-arrival administration
* Handling customer queries efficiently and professionally
* Reactivatingpreviousclients and past enquiries to generate repeat business
* Maintainingaccuraterecords within the CRM system
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales experience, ideally within travel, luxury hospitality, or property
* Strong telephone and written communication skills
* Confident in closing sales and working towards targets
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
* Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
* Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
