As our organisational Activities Lead, you will plan, develop, and deliver activities that empower individuals to lead the best life possible. You will oversee and develop our activity hub, ensuring structured environments, accessible resources, and opportunities for personal growth. Your work will champion independence, inclusion, and meaningful engagement. You will play a key role in designing approaches that use visual aids, community participation, and tailored support to enable people to thrive. This role is central to embedding high-quality, person-centred initiatives across the organisation. Activity Planning & Delivery Develop diverse, engaging, and person-centred timetables (group and 1:1) tailored to individual strengths, needs, and preferences. Create imaginative sessions across areas such as arts, crafts, drama, sensory activities, community participation, and life skills. Support individuals to engage in everyday tasks-cooking, household activities, shopping, or hobbies-to build confidence, autonomy, and skills. Support, engage and role model to our support teams to develop their skills, inspire, and encourage them to be able to support the people in our homes to do more and engage person-centred principles and outcomes in activity provision. Keep a strong outcome-focused mindset and work collaboratively towards shared goals. Use structured, meaningful activity to reduce episodes of distressed or challenging behaviour. Promote emotional wellbeing through routine, purpose, and positive engagement. About You Creative, energetic, and passionate about improving lives. Skilled in planning and facilitating meaningful activities. Committed to person-centred care and inclusion. Able to build strong, respectful relationships with the people we support and staff teams. Highly organised, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities. Experience in social care, education, therapy, community support, or activity coordination is desirable. Why Join Us?
