Key Responsibilities Manage a complex caseload of children subject to Child Protection Plans, Child in Need Plans, and court proceedings Undertake high-quality statutory assessments, Section 47 enquiries, and risk assessments Complete clear, analytical reports for court and multi-agency meetings Chair and contribute effectively to strategy meetings, child protection conferences, and core groups Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes Maintain accurate and timely case recording in line with statutory requirements Candidate Requirements Qualified Social Worker (Social Work degree or equivalent) Registered with Social Work England Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience within statutory children’s services Strong experience in child protection and safeguarding Sound knowledge of UK child protection legislation, statutory guidance, and court processes Excellent assessment, analytical, and communication skills Why Work With Us?
