INA (Individual Needs Assistant) SS3, point 7 £24,796, pro rata 26.25 hours pw. Term Time Only, plus holiday allowance Alongside all our support staff you should have a passion for learning, be highly motivated and work well as part of a small team. You will be patient and caring and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way. You will be working alongside and supporting the class teacher and SENCO to ensure a safe, stimulating and calm environment for the pupils you are supporting. You will have high expectations of the students within your care, and manage behaviour effectively to ensure consistent and effective support. Experience of working with pupils with SEND would be beneficial, however training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate feels confident in delivering high quality SEN support.
