Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a creative social media strategy to enhance Engliture's online presence.
* Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, and graphics) that aligns with our brand voice and mission.
* Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools; report on metrics and suggest improvements.
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
* Collaborate with our management team to promote new programs, events, and success stories.
* Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in English
* Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
* Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Passion for education and empowering students through learning.
