I am looking for an Agent's Assistant to support a music agent and join a dynamic team, supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy music agency representing incredible talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and wants to be at the heart of the live music scene.
Key Responsibilities
* Input and maintain artist schedules with meticulous attention to detail
* Answer calls and handle communications on behalf of the Agent
* Manage the Agent's diary and calendar
* Update and maintain artist assets, press kits, and riders
* Attend London-based shows to support artists and the team
* Liaise with management to chase invoices, track show payments, and follow up on deposits
* Coordinate meetings and schedules for artists
* Organise UK Certificates of Sponsorship and global visas where required
* Produce contracts for confirmed shows
* Collate ticket sales information and share with relevant parties
* Oversee tour artwork and announcements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, artists, venues, and promoters
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience as a music agent assistant is a must
* Solid understanding of the music industry and touring logistics
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive, professional, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
