- Applications sought from Court of Protection Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
- You will be responsible for a broad court of protection caseload including deputyship applications, welfare cases, and financial management.
- Advising clients, families, and professionals with sensitivity and clarity.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver the highest standard of client care.
- Play an active role in business development, networking, and building client relationships
- Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Step membership would be advantageous, but not essential
- Access to your own transport is essential
