I'm currently supporting on a unique Programme Lead opportunity within the healthcare space, focused on a large-scale, data-led transformation initiative aimed at improving outcomes at a system-wide level.
This is a first-of-its-kind programme, bringing together NHS organisations, academia and industry partners to better understand patient pathways, test interventions, and drive meaningful improvements in how services are delivered.
This role is not hands-on technical, but sits at the intersection of healthcare, data and transformation. It requires someone who can operate across complex environments, align multiple stakeholders, and translate insight into real-world delivery.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead a complex, multi-stakeholder programme across healthcare, data and innovation
* Work closely with clinical, operational and technical teams to shape and deliver programme outcomes
* Translate data and insight into practical, scalable improvements
* Drive collaboration across partner organisations (public sector, academia, industry)
* Ensure effective governance, delivery and stakeholder engagement
What we're looking for:
* Strong experience within the NHS or wider healthcare system
* Proven track record of leading complex transformation or programme delivery
* Ability to operate across multiple stakeholders and influence at a senior level
* Experience working on data-led or digital-enabled initiatives
* Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments
