Community Support Worker – Fylde & Wyre Short Breaks Service, Lancashire County Council
Adult Learning Disabilities • 20 Hours per Week parttime- permanent contract

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting adults with learning disabilities to access community activities, short breaks, and social opportunities.
Providing person‑centred support that promotes choice, independence, dignity, and safety.
Assisting individuals with daily living tasks where required.
Supporting people to build relationships, life skills, confidence, and community participation.
Working as part of a caring and professional team to deliver high‑quality short break experiences.
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support plans in line with Lancashire County Council policies.
Ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro–rata basis.
